Mission: To forge a global brotherhood of support and growth. 
Since launching in May 2023:
* More than 12,000 people have signed our brotherhood oath, pledging to be their brothers keeper while also promising to reach out when they are in need.
* We’ve held 45+ events; 1/2 in-person and 1/2 virtual. In 4 different states
* We've launched 3 apparel collections
* We've officially become a global brotherhood, with representation from every habitable continent and 35+ countries
* We held our first official Heare retreats in Midway, UT; Franklin, ID, & Virgin, UT (near Zion’s National Park) 
* We launched the Heare Brotherhood app (available on App Store + Google Play Store)

We are building a community of men who are there for one other. Where men are free to express and also to listen.

⭐️Led the efforts to rebrand the College from LDS Business College to Ensign College, including changing the name, visual identity, environmental graphics/look-and-feel of the physical campus, creating college traditions, & more.
⭐️As part of the rebrand, it included rebranding the school restaurant from the BC Cafe to The Summit Grill, and the bookstore to The Outpost, and updating their visual identity
⭐️Managed and mentored a team of employees (Design, Video, Social Media, Photo, and Project Managers) 
⭐️Unified departments that had previously needed mending in their relationship with the MarComm department
⭐️Created strategy and ideation for all creative and communications products
⭐️Advocated for and implement the Ensign brand in all communications
⭐️Was a member of the Employee Innovation Grant Committee to advertise and approve applications for extra innovative projects to bless the lives of employees and students alike
⭐️Worked directly with and developed relations with all vendors (environmental graphics, College-branded swag, digital and print ads, radio, digital marketing, etc.)
⭐️Delivered and presented strategy/objectives/creative to internal departments

👁 Planned and coordinated efforts for the 30-Year Anniversary benefit concert in the Philippines, which included artists and influencers such as David Archuleta, Dwayne Woolley, JBK, Mikee Misalucha, & Anton Antenorcuz
👁 Directed the most successful CharityVision video to date- "Physical Sight, Spiritual Sight"- for the 2017 #LightTheWorld campaign (see video below)
👁 Rebranded CharityVision, Mabuhay Deseret Foundation, SightBuddies, & CharityVision clinics around the world to reflect more of it's story and purpose

⭐️ Designed daily graphics to post on social media channels like @ilovegenconf (I Love General Conference)
⭐️ Manages ~13k Instagram followers and ~10k Facebook followers
