Deputy Manager

During my tenure as Executive Trainee in HDFC Bank Branch Network Team, i gained experience in managing the Network Systems.

My role involved:

• Network Ticketing and Incident Management

In my role, I was responsible for managing dashboard for network-related tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining optimal network performance with help of our vendor partners and seniors.

My experience includes:

Ticket Handling: Managing a high volume of network-related tickets, prioritizing issues based on severity, and ensuring prompt resolution is given to end users.

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, configuration errors, and hardware malfunctions to minimize downtime with the help of vendor partner team and seniors.

Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support and network engineering, to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.

Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures to improve future response times and network stability.

Process Improvement: Contributing to the enhancement of ticketing processes by identifying common issues and suggesting preventive strategies.

Tool’s Used: HP-NOM, NNMI, Service Now and Excel.

• Inventory Management - Routers and Switches

In my role, I was responsible for overseeing the inventory of network hardware, including routers and switches. 

My duties included:

Inventory Tracking: Managing and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of routers, switches, and other network hardware, ensuring all assets were accounted for and accurately recorded.

Documentation: Keeping detailed records of serial numbers, configurations, warranties, and locations of all network devices.

Collaboration: Working with vendor partners for reconciling the inventory with proper attributes.

Tool’s Used: Excel, ISE and Service Now
