- Acquired 12 Hotels, 7 in Argentina & 5 in Peru.
- We were able to be present in 8 destinations.

- Couldn’t raise the Pre-Seed round on time.
- Thanks to Nomadreaming I met Mark Zawacki, who was willing to be our Seed round investor.

Here I learnt about better structured processes.
I also managed the responses of guest reviews in their TripAdvisor profile in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

In this role I supported the General Manager to incorporate Revenue Management principles and methodologies, I managed the TripAdvisor profile of the hotel. I helped to generate better rates and promotions structures by applying the the knowledge acquired in my Masters in Hospitality and Revenue Management.

Regarding the TripAdvisor profile management, I personally answered the guest reviews in Spanish, English and Portuguese, which contributed to improve in the Ranking from 34th place to become Top 3 in Montevideo.

This was my first full-time job.
In this job I learnt a lot about the front office department of hotels.
I also acted as bell-boy, concierge and barman.
