At Augersoft I joined as Flutter Application Developer but seeing my incompetence and noob-ity as developer (alhamdulillah) they promoted me to Program Manager. Augersoft was a startup so responsibilities were constantly evolving and under the leadership of its founder Farooq it was gaining abrupt traction.
