Coordinate and represent 25 associated companies within the Telecommunications area with the supervisory entity (ONS) and the national electricity agency (ANEEL) in relation to the sharing of Telecommunications infrastructure between companies in the electricity sector | Coordinate strategic matters for telecommunications within the electricity sector with the other associates.
Analyze the documents issued by ANEEL for public consultation for the sharing of Telecommunications infrastructure, preparing comments, suggestions for improving resolutions for sharing | Periodic meetings with the board of ABRATE | Plan the integration of all electric power transmitters in Brazil through the sharing of Telecommunications infrastructure.
Prepare technical specifications for hiring consultants | Prepare Technical Notes to be sent to ANEEL | Main Achievements: Sensitize the National Electric Energy Agency about the need to share Telecommunications Infrastructure to meet regulation and increase availability.

Project development of access networks, backbone, IP network, broadcast network, Microwave, VSAT, Metro Ethernet network. Meetings with customers, internal x external. Development of RFP's technical and commercial. Consultancy and support advanced design solutions, acceptance testing protocols, network rollouts, systems integration and cutover for Fixed access products. Support customers in the optimization of hardware and systems and consequence reduction of CAPEX and OPEX. Engineering and product support to Sales, Proposals, Project Management and Installation, interacting directly with the customer to get better agreement of the project, diminishing time of delivery of proposals and solutions, improving the quality of services and the satisfaction of the customer. Responsible for the technological upgrade of the backbone of the telecommunications company, performing analysis of infrastructure and defining the technical characteristics of equipment for deployment. Planning for the installation of radios. Technical specification of equipment used in the transmission of IP data network and Ethernet. Works management and outsourcing services. Monitoring of deadlines of rollout.
Coordinate and perform technical support in the employment activity. Perform traffic imensioning,network planning, analysis, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of networking, servers, data center. Conducting and analyzing and calculating the link viability of the frequency spectrum. Conducting and analyzing deployment documentation. Development and project monitoring solutions for network expansion the LIGHT, for new corporate clients in the network, involving the network infrastructure for POPs Intelligence / Light and customer sites, and equipment  that form part of the Transmission and Access LIGHT and data. Implementation of projects, to meet the requirements of ONS.
 Provide the communication interface to SCADA System.

Development of new options for service providers in Brazil, working together with other areas in the technical and commercial negotiations for closing the contract. With that compliment the reach of the access network of the Company, seeking to make it more competitive in offering their services.
Leverage of telecommunications services contracted to other providers in Brazil and abroad; Planning on the extensions of networks for voice and data transmission in accordance with the budget and sales trends.; Definition of technical solution, identifying the best alternative in terms of cost and time in order to support the area of Pre-Sales in developing proposals for clients;  Planning and implementation of the routes of the interconnection between voice and Internet services with other telecom operators nationally and internationally; Development and project monitoring solutions for network expansion Intelig / TIM, for new corporate clients in the network, involving the network infrastructure for POPs Intelligence / TIM and customer sites, and equipment (Alcatel, Huawei, ZTE, DataCom, PADTEC, Nortel, Asga, Ericsson, Tellabs) that form part of the Transmission and Access Intelig  / TIM (WDM,DWDM SDH, CDWM, PDH and PTN); Preparation of projects to meet the technical feasibility studies on optical transmission network; Analysis of the fiber network Intelig / TIM Telecom. 
 Interaction with other service providers to outsource it. Survey and analysis of project costs for access.
