Sales and lead generation in B2B SaaS are getting harder to get. And gaining trust in the marketplace is becoming more difficult. Things like oversaturation of outreach and prospecting, reduction in engagement rates, and a very competitive market explain some of this. So what to do? Hire more sales people? Pour more money into marketing? Maybe, each situation is different. But one strategy that has worked in other industries and works in B2B SaaS as well as building strategic partnerships. This is a great long-term vehicle for more sustained and predictable growth. Collaborate with partners to build your brand and trust. Get and give near-bound leads. Develop strategies to help customers achieve their desired outcomes with clear integrations and lowering barriers collaboratively. Where to start? How to focus? That's where I come in. I am a highly effective, creative, and flexible problem-solving leader with 20 years of experience, mostly in B2B SaaS leveraging client and partner relationships toward significant value generation and growth.
