Serves as the subject matter expert to the Army CIO/G6 and senior leaders on Signal/Cyber issues for the Western Hemisphere in support of US Army North, South, US Army National Guard, and Enlisted Reserve components to prepare information papers, briefings, and other action documents at a General Officer/Senior Executive Level. Conceptualizes and directs support to two Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs) regarding operational requirements and provides G6 senior leadership with expert advice and support to Department of the Army (DA) senior staff and subordinate commands designed to support geographic Combatant Commanders within their theater of operations.

Most recently, I accepted a role in The Pentagon to conceptualize, develop, and direct initiatives and provide executive oversight to operationalize the command's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Program. Affecting more than 50,000 military personnel, family members, and army civilians serving across the enterprise, this role is focused on defining and promoting fair treatment for all.  
As principal staff member to the U.S. Army Training & Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Commanding General and Command Sergeant Major, I frame and scope scenarios to mitigate risk and advise leadership on emerging issues. I conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses and mine data to support assumptions and shape recommendations that reflect varied perspectives and lead to multi-situational preparation.
Here are some achievements to date:
• Engineered Department of Defense initiatives as the primary advisor and consultant to TRADOC Commander (4 Star General) on the operationalization of Diversity.
• Derived and delivered process to visit 16 installations in 12 weeks to quickly identify and fix deficiencies immediately to mitigate threats.

Directorate of Diversity Sergeant Major, Training and Doctrine Command  (TRADOC)

In 2019, I was deployed to Honduras as the most senior consultant and advisor of a 1,500 personnel multi-agency organization with a directive to advance U.S. interests in the Western Hemisphere and provide executive oversight as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commander. I supported strategic planning by fielding feedback mechanisms, analyzing real-time information, and synthesizing insights to ensure troop readiness and lead strategic and tactical operations. While in the country, I helped to establish relationships with U.S. heads of state, U.S. ambassadors, and strategic leaders across Central and South America to strengthen U.S. relationships within the theater of operations.

Below are other achievements throughout my deployment:
• Spearheaded acquisition of valuable capital assets for U.S. Government by leading negotiations with Central American heads of state and high-level military officers to preserve US interests in the region.
• Enhanced emerging threat awareness by initiating a Joint-Interagency seminar focused on vulnerability assessment methodologies.
• Chosen as guest speaker at high-visibility events, namely the South American Defense Conference.

Command Sergeant Major

As the most  Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Squadron Commander with 150+ personnel in command, I extended command influence by advising the commander and directing command sergeants on daily operations. I managed critical events and contributed to force morale for enlisted ranks at locations throughout the Middle East. I had the opportunity to represent our 4-star Commander General at conferences and high-level executive meetings, where I collaborated with other leaders to progress initiatives in his absence. Additionally, I analyzed, researched, and authored strategic studies on emerging domestic and international threats.
Here are some other successes of note:
• Strengthened and streamlined unit operational efficiencies by formulating detailed analysis of complex functions to advance changes in policies or procedures and recommending resource modifications.
• Conserved $30M to finance human domain programs by diligently allocating a $400M military operations budget.
• Improved performance and retention while organizing corps for success by acting as a change agent to plan and create novel communication strategies to inform, engage, and ultimately better align and engage staff.

Served as a Senior Enlisted Advisor responsible for supporting Combatant Commanders and 67 Soldiers, Civilians and Contractors on counter tunneling efforts in the U.S.  Authored reports on Security Cooperation and Russian Influence for the U.S. Ambassador to Nicaragua.  Contributed to rapid solution development to the joint Force in cooperation with U.S. agencies and emerging technologies. Recommend, plan, and implement policies, objectives, and activities consistent with the Commander's philosophy to ensure continuing operations, maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and increase productivity.  Advises subordinate-level managers and personnel on the command's mission, vision, and organizational policy.

Senior Operational Advisor  Asymmetric Warfare Group

Served as the First Sergeant and Senior Enlisted advisor responsible for planning, observing, controlling, and analyzing unit training throughout each mission's planning, preparation, and execution phase.  Coached unit commanders in current doctrine on Decisive Action, Large Scale Combat Operation (LSCO), and Counter-Insurgency Operations (COIN) to include tactics techniques and procedures (TTP) in support of combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan based on extensive combat experience.  Demonstrated a unique ability to build and develop cohesive teams that enabled subordinates to become efficient leaders in support of combat operations.  Maintained an approachable leadership style that encouraged the innovation, resiliency, sound judgment, and passion for the profession of arms necessary to fight and defeat a determined enemy. Developed guidelines and procedures to enhance organizational productivity, thus creating valuable time to focus on unit development, coaching, and collaborative exercise planning.  Advised units on performance, controlled engagements, and conducted professional after-action reviews for 14 combat units, thus personally mentoring seven command teams.  Developed and enforced leader-focused safety measures resulting in zero exercise-related injuries throughout his Joint National Training Center tenure.  Prepared consistent and doctrinally linked recommendations to help rotational units identify areas of improvement, thus impacting unit morale and proficiency.

-Provided advisory support on all operational, training, and staff functions as the host nation conducted counter insurgency operations. 

-Responsible for the contracting and care of local national contractors on facility maintenance worth over $40,000 while contributing to the local economy.

Combat Adviser to the 4th Quick Reactionary Force 1st Iraqi Army Infantry Division

Drexel University

-Primary trainer and resident expert on small unit tactics, marksmanship, land navigation, and physical training for a ROTC program consisting of 115 Cadets and 11 cadre members.

Senior Enlisted Leader for a 40 man Airborne Infantry Rifle Platoon as part of the US Army's strategic reserve.
