I’m an aspiring Copywriter-I’m part of the Copy Posse, currently doing the Launch Pad, by Alex Cattoni! 😁 I’m also interested in Content writing and Proofreading. ✍🏽 I have many years experience working in Customer Service, from Retail, to B2B prospecting to B2C services. ☎️ This includes experience within a Supervisor and Assistant Manager role within Retail, assisting training others, and completing various admin based tasks. I also have admin experience within HR; onboarding candidates, whilst using various systems to check their details, and communicating with them whenever required. 🧑🏽‍💻 I have learnt and utilised valuable skills throughout my working life so far, such as; teamwork, strong communication, empathy, customer care, training, admin, and organisational skills. 🗂️
