Responsible for developing effective, cutting-edge, and scalable digital learning solutions that align with the overall company-wide Learning & Development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Interface with leaders in Business Systems and Digital Transformation teams to drive optimal change management and learning components of the evolution of digital processes.Serve as SME in digital learning trends, emerging technologies, and provide thought leadership in continuously exploring innovative approaches for integrated learning experience.  This includes digital adoption platforms and ability to streamline enterprise systems learning and accentuate the user experience and reduce errors/costs.  Manage digital learning team members.  Use adult learning theory, e-learning design principles and a variety of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and others to create fully developed, production-ready videos, e-learning and mobile learning courses.  Develop key metrics for each learning program by utilizing Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Learning Evaluation model. Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of learning solutions delivered. Proactively communicate progress and insights to senior leadership, and partner with stakeholders to improve programs over time. •	Utilize different project management and computer applications to collaboratively plan, report against, and execute a wide variety of learning projects, initiatives and programs. Assist with change management activities to effectively market and increase adoption of learning programs. Prepares project plans, estimates, negotiates & manages costs, identifies risks, resolves issues, and communicates project status.

Digital Learning Manager

As the Business Solutions and e-Learning Specialist at EDF Renewables North America, I am primarily responsible for designing, developing and deploying effective, cutting-edge, and scalable e-learning content and materials using different types of software applications and digital platforms. The Business Solutions and e-Learning Specialist partners with SMEs and other stakeholders to provide systems support for any changes made to existing business environment. The Business Solutions and e-Learning Specialist performs training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of training interventions. The content scope includes, but is not limited to, business process, SAP, Concur, time management and other learning content, as required.  As the Business Solutions and e-Learning Specialist, I work to implement learning solutions such as social learning, action learning, e-Learning, virtual and augmented realities, instructor led and classroom learning solutions that align with the overall company-wide Learning and Development strategy and achieve desired business outcomes.

Business Solutions and e-Learning Specialist

•	Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
•	Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
•	Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
•	Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
•	Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
•	Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions

•	Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
•	Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes

•	Work closely with business process owners to understand upcoming system and process changes to develop new or adjust existing training content.  
•	Determine appropriate delivery methods and transform content (e.g. interactive web based courses).
•	Provide ongoing expertise/support to the user community.
•	Coach end users one-on-one if needed.
•	Evaluate Helpdesk requests to identity trends and opportunities for new or improved training initiatives.
•	Prepare and execute “Train the Trainer” courses.
•	Build data/scenarios in the SAP training client to support class/boot-camp exercises.
•	Manage end user feedback (formulate/request system and /or changes/improvements)
