The newly launched Sales Incubation org is responsible for early stage revenue play design and pre-launch readiness. This team leads Shopify’s innovation centre for new and experimental GTM motions, commercial models, and product sales plays.

My role consists of trialling new products in the market to understand demand and market fit. We then build sales playbooks and personas to position the product to support our merchants successfully.

My segment was focused on net new accounts ranging from 2500-5000 employees. In this role I was responsible for full sales cycle selling. From new opportunity generation, through demoing and contracting. Our team focused on engaging HR and L&D leaders at leading enterprise organizations.
