Over my six years working at Rogers I have worn many hats as I look forward to continuing my journey in the Corporate/IT world and provide top leadership within the context of IT project management and/or customer success. My contunued success at Rogers is a testament to the dedication that I have brought to each role (customer success, account retention, trainer and non-FCR analyst). Providing world class training and developing high performing agents are two highlights of my career. My biggest challenge came in 2017, when along with working full-time at Rogers I enrolled myself in continuing studies at University of Toronto in project management. Graduating in 2019 and attaing my project management certification, I am not only able to accelerate my success but also the success of my team. My academics journey is continuous as I am currently studying for my CAPM, PMI designation exam and also dabbling in front-end app development in my free time. I am also a member of PMI which gives me access to Pmbok 6th edition and hundreds of project management tools at my disposal.
