I hold a MBA degree from Yeditepe University and I am a PhD candidate in Business Administration from Gebze Technical University. I have developed multiple skills in fund management, analytical thinking, and risk management, which I apply to oversee the markets division and manage the monetary policy operations, foreign exchange reserves, and domestic and international market relations at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT), where I served as the Deputy Executive Director for more than two years. Prior to that, I was the CFO at Kurmel Group of Companies, where I handled the financial strategy, planning, and reporting for different businesses in textile, agriculture, mining, and energy sectors.
