Senior SEO Manager at HUGO BOSS

My role as SEO Manager at HUGO BOSS entails planning and executing SEO strategy across 70+ markets and over 20 different languages. My responsibilities span from Technical SEO to Content Marketing, including managerial tasks such as mentoring junior team members and interns, planning and reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and managing internal stakeholders and external providers. Additionally, advising other teams (developers, IT, design, merchandise, expansion) and documenting processes are integral parts of my responsibilities. Navigating the challenges of an e-commerce fashion platform with over 7 million pages, I address issues ranging from architecture to indexing, crawling, ranking, navigation, and localization.

Sodexo

As the SEO Specialist responsible for Sodexo Group's European markets, my scope ranges from the BAU of everyday SEO (tracking rankings, backlinks, competitors, performance, indexing, etc.) to strategy, implementation, recommendations, coordination with external agencies and presentations to multiple stakeholders.

I work alongside the Digital Marketing team (from Content to Automation, Performance and BI), and also the Development and IT team, Branding and Communications to develop a strategy that meets the different business objectives in different market sectors where Sodexo operates: Healthcare, Education, Energy and Off-shore, Public Sector, Manufacturing and Workplaces, etc.

I also work closely with stakeholders, external agencies, and other teams that are not directly involved in my day-to-day activities in order to establish a solid foundation and SEO culture, teach about the importance of organic performance, and align the multi-channel strategy.

Stannah Group

My role as SEO manager at Stannah Media Services includes planning and optimising Stannah Group websites accross markets for over 40 countries and several languages. It goes from launching brand new websites to planning old websites migrations or relaunching. Finding the best SEO opportunities whether in terms of link building and reputation, on-page optimisation, technical improvements and related fields, as UX, Conversions or simply keeping the website healthy :)

This requires using several tools (as Screaming Frog, GetStat, SiteBulb, Google Tools, Ahrefs, Majestic,cetc) and skills (as such as Data Analytics and Creative Thinking) and, mainly, the ability to coordinate and create a marketing balance among different teams (Development, Content, Paid Media, Inbound and Outbound Marketing), which is quite a professional challenge.

I'm responsible for planning, together with the Development and Content team, the new websites to be launched; the websites to be re-launched; migrating dealers websites; optimising their content for search and user acquisition/retention/conversion, building brand awareness, reputation and authority through community building and YouTube channels optimisation.

From content optimisation to technical recommendations and outreach for link building, I acted as a 360° SEO to drive organic acquisition for B2C and B2B clients from various market sectors.
