Eventmaker is a key player among the French digital companies. Our goal? To provide event organisers (trade fairs, congresses, conferences, corporate events and schools) with an all-in-one web-based software to manage their physical, virtual and hybrid events.

Eventmaker has streamlined the events of over 1,000 institutions since 2009, including LVMH, the French Ministry of Culture, the HEC business school, Curve and L'Oréal to name but a few.

With an already-strong foothold in France, we are now setting our sights firmly on the European market. Our team has already doubled in size this year in support of our numerous growth opportunities, and we don’t plan on stopping there!

I am currently working for the film support team.

- Daily inventory control

- Direct procurement (DVD - Blu-Ray, stickers, Orings...)
- Key Performance Indicator's conception
- Creation of specific works on the products to reduce the inventory level (for example : conception of Christmas boxes)

- Improve the internal procurement process according to the suppliers' expectations (important project on the Good Receipt process)

- Discovery of Capgemini finance process 
- GL analysis - Work on the Reclass cases concerning the purchase activities

FAST Rennes is a student association which promotes the mechanical sports in ESC Rennes School of Business.

The association develops different events during the year like karting competitions, days devoted to the road safety awareness and to the renewable energies...

The flagship project : "Votre rêve, leur espoir" for the AFM TELETHON
This project consists of using the Mans Bugatti Circuit (24h du Mans) during one day to allow amateur pilots to drive their own vehicles on the circuit with different passengers.
Found raised in 2014 : 21 820 € for the AFM TELETHON
