I create user experiences, prototypes and design specs in order to help keep families connected to their elderly loved ones. 

- User Research: Create materials and resources for field tests to conduct interviews, supervised lab sessions and questionnaires 
- Quality Assurance Tests: Analyse Minimum Viable Product versions for new bugs while coordinating with engineers to create effective resolutions 
- Feedback Analysis: Collate and review feedback, both qualitative and quantitative, to provide creative solutions to customer problems and needs

- Pitched to panel of venture capital representatives, Enterprise Ireland mentors, Local Enterprise Office officials and chosen as one of the top 14 companies in Limerick
- Reviewed progress and deadlines every two months to ensure targets were being met, goals were realistic and the app was on track
- Reached top 50 shopping apps in Ireland during Beta trials 
- Successfully granted Innovation Voucher from application to Local Enterprise Office

I run operations, strategy and technical direction of Plop, an augmented reality SaaS company for retail. Our team has been through Enterprise Ireland's New Frontiers program, Google's Adopt a Startup and Startup Boost in partnership with GAN, TechStars and F6S. 

I have a keen interest in XR technologies (Augmented and Virtual Reality) for Enterprise. I've led projects developing immersive technologies for some of the world's Fortune 100 companies.
