- Part of the Cybersecurity & GRC Business Unit and driving the Skills On Tap (SOT) business channel. 

-  Responsible for global fulfillment of Staff Augmentation positions / Contractor hiring for all business technologies including Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Governance Risk and Compliance, Application Security, Network  Security, Information Security, IoT Security and others.

- 	Single point of contact for all the high level staffing requirements received from sales and working through the process to clarify/better define client expectations from the requirement, leading to a ‘Enhanced JD’ for Skills on tap resourcing team. Occasionally interacting with client functional experts to clarify the requirement.

- Created a panel of Techinal Evaluators from within the Cybersecurity Practise Team for internal screening of profiles, when needed, for managed SOT requirements.

- Helping to on-board new vendors in specific GEO to accelerate sourcing and placement process.

- Assist in creating an accurate rate card for security sales to use in different GEOs to ensure right price for right profile at right time/right contract term. 

- Governing Sales Support process for SOT opportunities: Right from sales request to PRF creation, to defining the JD, engaging recruitment, Screening (Internal/Customer), Contracting and Project code/RA, Renewals and driving it to closure.
