As an accomplished Sales Consultant and Product Manager with over ten years of experience, I've developed a strategic and analytical approach to driving product development and accelerating market growth, particularly in the SaaS sector. My career has included pivotal roles at industry leaders such as JustWorks and Monday.com, where I led initiatives to significantly increase product adoption through innovative sales strategies and user-centric design. At Abacus.AI, I oversaw the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies into sales processes, which improved both the user experience and our competitive position. My time at Ones.com was spent building and nurturing high-performing teams committed to pushing the boundaries of technology and business growth. I'm also the proud founder of MorningByte.AI is an AI-powered platform that delivers tech news in a concise, data-driven format, keeping professionals and investors up to date on industry developments. This venture embodies my passion for technology and dedication to excellence, demonstrating my ability to combine technical expertise with strategic content creation. I enjoy the challenge of transforming complex ideas into successful, tangible results, and I am constantly inspired by the opportunity to optimize sales processes and product offerings in today's dynamic technology landscape. Let's talk about the power of technological innovation, share ideas, and look into potential collaborations. I am always eager to push the boundaries and discover new possibilities in the technology industry.

As entrepreneurs, we don't have the privilege to make mistakes like Apple. The stakes are far more consequential when building business because there's less leverage. Lucky for Apple, they have teams and systems built for these kinds of things. The question is, does your business?

Apple lied in court AND now they're in big trouble. A federal judge just held the tech giant in contempt for deliberately breaking a court order from 2021. Their crime? Blocking app developers from telling users about cheaper ways to pay outside the App Store. Judge Gonzalez Rogers didn't just rule against Apple - she accused their VP of Finance of "outright lying under oath." Meanwhile, court documents revealed Apple executives KNEW exactly what they were doing. The inside story gets even juicier. Apple's longtime executive Phillip Schiller actually pushed for the company to follow the court order, BUT CEO Tim Cook ignored him. Instead, Cook sided with his CFO and finance team who wanted to protect their 15-30% commission on every app purchase. This wasn't a small mistake. It was a calculated business decision that's now backfired spectacularly. The judge has referred the case to federal prosecutors to consider criminal contempt charges. For years, tech giants set the rules and smaller players had no choice but to follow. YET the landscape is shifting. Big Tech's untouchable status is eroding as courts, regulators, and competitors push back. Smart entrepreneurs who spot these power shifts early can position themselves perfectly. When giant walls crack, new pathways emerge. The companies who've been paying Apple's 30% tax might soon have alternatives - creating opportunity for innovative payment solutions and customer experiences. The most valuable skill in today's economy isn't coding or marketing - it's recognizing when industry titans become vulnerable. Those moments create space for newcomers to build something better. The tech world's power dynamics are changing. Some will keep playing by yesterday's rules, clinging to familiar patterns even as they collapse. Others will see what's really happening and move accordingly.

Crazy when you actually do the math... 😳 If you're saving even 1-2 hours a day, that's $5,760 to $11,520 back in your pocket every year...just by automating basic tasks. And it's not just about saving cash... it’s about buying back time to: • Boost your sales (think loyalty programs + upsells) • Market your store more • Train a sharper team • Grow faster while your competitors stay stuck If you had 60 extra hours a month, what would YOU focus on first?

This weekend I got outside and finally focused on a section of the yard that needed some love. Mulch, pruning, fixing patches. One part at a time. It may not seem like much but so many little things can get in the way of a job well done. Sometimes work can feel overwhelming too. Totally normal in this economy…except if you know how to use AI tools. 😉 (you know I can’t help myself lol) But in all seriousness, doing work well is an art. You’re juggling personalities, clients, teammates, priorities. And in all of it, it’s easy to forget the simple stuff: Taking time to show up for yourself. Whether it’s sales, prompting, or a weekend home project, I’ve learned two things. 1. You don’t need to do it all “perfect” in one go. 2. Just do the next thing well. Then keep going.
