50 in 50 Challenge 

Building 50 projects in 50 weeks using only AI tools and vibe coding practices. Recording tutorials and creating resources for non tech founders to learn the fundamentals of Lovable, Supabase, Cursor and many other tools.

In first half of 2025 I've: 
- Built over 40 apps and publicly launched 17 of them, signing up more than 3,000 users
- Hosted dozens of bootcamps, a Hackathon, and did 4-5 AMA sessions on Vibe Coding
- Had over 500 students graduate a vibe coding course that I built with the help of Starter Story 
- Reached 100,000 views on my YouTube channel 

The second half of 2025 will be 100% focused on monetization of products and services, so stay tuned for my updates!

- Coordinate and collaborate with all departments and team members, communicating the CEO’s company vision across all levels
- Ensure the right strategy is constantly being executed - at the highest quality, and using actionable, data-driven insights
- Help CEO Manage business operations and set goals across the entire organization
- Coordinating and achieving goals, by selecting important tasks and administrative activities that employees must carry out within their departments. Developing strategic initiatives that can improve efficiency throughout business operations

Responsibilities: 

- Assist with the financial aspect of the business to make sure everything is running smoothly and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
- Collaborate very closely with C-level leadership to strategize and execute long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity, efficiency, and success 
- Monitor and improve daily operations and address potential issues when they arise, proactively seek and capitalize on opportunities for operational improvements
- Measure the efficiency of systems and procedures
- Track business results, perform cost-benefit analyses, establish (production) KPIs, monitor them, and conduct quality assessments
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly 
- Coordinate with the People Operations department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans

VP of Business Operations

As Head of the Driver Team at CitizenShipper, my main objective is to ensure that drivers using our marketplace have the best possible support along their journey. We use multiple tools and techniques to achieve many of the results which I am proud of: 
- We grown our active driver community by over 5x in the last 2 years, with hundreds of drivers finding valuable work and generating income through CitizenShipper each month. 
- 6,000+ drivers completed our onboarding courses, resulting in over 30,000 completed shipments in the last 12 months
- We completed hundreds coaching calls to drivers with any sort of background and experience that resulted in creating full-time carriers, many of which can be read on our blog
- We have 3 driver onboarding dedicated communities with over 3,500 drivers being active members
- Drivers using our platform did over 1 million miles in the last 12 months, transporting pets and valuables across the US

Recently, I have taken upon myself to learn more about SEO and paid marketing with the help of my co-workers and our generous professional development stipend. I also look forward to our next video game night competition!

Going for 200 commits in 24h!

I just spent 3h trying to get my head around bugs created by Claude Code and Cursor. 

It took me 3 minutes to fix them in Lovable. 

So many say they need to go outside Lovable, but the longer I use the "advanced" alternatives, the more disappointed I am with just the basic misalignments and over engineering. 

"More power" isn't always better. 

Since the emergence of its agent, Lovable for me does EXACTLY what I need it to - not less or more. 

Am I the only one here noticing and experiencing this shift?

Even the Nano Banana version of me is vibe coding in Lovable 🖥️ 😎

Angry at myself for not shipping more. Each hour spent on Netflix should have been spent on Lovable. 

Amazed with how many commits I posted outside any tool, by myself. It was mostly adding files, but nevertheless - I did the work! 

Grateful for AI. I was at 0 a year ago. If you combine all accounts I use, I made 10+ code edits per day on average. 

That's crazy.

- A friend of mine, 51, never touched tech beyond email. Now? She spends hours a day on ChatGPT. 
- She literally said: ‘Why would I scroll through ads on Google when I can just ask this thing?
- Kids under 14? They’ll never even know what pre-AI Googling felt like.

- What we call vibe coding right now will just become…coding.
- Soon, more people will vibe code than traditionally code.
- “Raw coding” will feel like calligraphy, an art form, not a necessity.
- For anyone growing up today, building with AI agents will just feel normal.

✒️ "You wrote that by yourself? Impressive!"

- I can’t remember the last time I wrote a blog post 100% by hand.
- Most of my emails, drafts, and even messages get some level of AI assist.
- And you can see it all over the web - the cadence, the em-dashes, the phrasing. AI has already blended into the writing layer.

This post? I wrote it myself. 

But yeah, I still asked GPT to push me on the hook and tighten up the wording.

I’m fine with that. I’m excited about that.
But I know plenty of people aren’t.

The 11 commandments as far as I am concerned, preach and teach Elena 👏👏👏

I’ve been in growth for over a decade. Here are 11 hard truths I’ve learned:
1. You will never “arrive.” Growth targets always reset higher. The treadmill doesn’t stop.

2. Your biggest growth blocker is usually your own org structure.

3. The best growth strategy is still… a great product.

4.Most people (still) can't explain why marketing is different from growth.

5. Growth loops saturate, get pricier, or collapse with time.  Product *has* to carry the load. (re)Inventing growth loops is required, but rarely prioritized.

6. Most growth teams are set up for failure - spun up too early, starved of resources, buried in the wrong org, or treated like a side quest.

7. Acquisition/Conversion work is easier to work on, but retention work > acquisition all day, any day. Otherwise math never works.

8. Growth features fail more often than core features. 

9. If the org thinks “growth will handle it,” you’re doomed.

10. Attribution is a lie. Data is directional at best.

11. At scale, growth gets boring - it’s optimization, plumbing, and systems.
