I, with a ton of help from my team, lead the Transactions (Shopping Cart, Payments, Pickup/Delivery Reservation, Checkout) and Subscriptions experience for our web and apps teams spanning Online Grocery and 3P Marketplace.

We're passionate about building delightful experiences to ensure access to groceries is not something limited to the fortunate few - some of the ways we've gone about doing this:
