Providing and assisting strength and conditioning sessions to academy athletes aged 8-16. 

Sessions with the younger ages 9-12 focus on the breakdown of fundamental skills needed to improve player performance, including sprint mechanics, squat patterns & turning mechanics. 

Sessions for the older academy players ages 13-16 include gym-based strength and power development work, and also pitch-based co-ordination, speed and endurance conditioning. 

Other important responsibilities include player load and recovery analysis, liaising closely with head coaches to reduce the load of players who are at a heightened risk of injury. 

Athletes' progression and growth are monitored every six weeks through physiological and performance tests, each player/parent is then provided with written feedback reports for future progression.
