As a team leader my job was to ensure quality of training is being given to villagers and other responsibilities as follows:
o	Managed two teams at different locations to conduct FTK water testing training of over 500 women.

Completed a project on achieving consistent finish (glossiness) of the product under the supervision of Plant head. The project consist of two main objectives - 1. Fixing external uneven surface by 360' use of emery and polishing soaps at different polishing station in XLR machine. 2. Validating weight variation and measuring muck accumulation during the polishing process.
