Years ago I found myself in a place where many of you might be today - teaching amazing courses and programs, making an impact, but limited by the hours in a day and the reach of my own efforts.

Imagine this—while chaos reigned in my home with three rambunctious little boys, my business was growing, practically on autopilot. I wasn't conducting the training; I wasn't even involved in the day-to-day.

"You're the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with" Jim Rhon   - I always laugh at this quote 🙄

If that's the case - I've been the average of my 3 sons...  and I was still able to build two international consulting firms.

That quote was definitely written by a man (sorry Jim) who wasn't building his empire while also being the primary care parent raising little kids 🤣

It takes a different kind of mindset to build your business with kids  - and even better yet...

It takes an innovative business design strategy to model your offers, services, and programs for complete family and lifestyle freedom. 

I see so much pressure on coaches to do "all the things". I'm here to show you it's not the case. 

Here are some things that I DID NOT DO that other businesses did (yet I feel very successful) 

1️⃣ I did not join masterminds 
2️⃣ I did not join courses
3️⃣ I did not post massive social content
4️⃣ I did not pay attention to what others were doing 
5️⃣ I did not second guess myself 

I kept my head down - looking at my boys.

A long time ago I created a map to help entrepreneurs navigate business growth. It’s called the “Lifestyle Entrepreneur Roadmap™” and it details the 5 Phases that all companies follow to go from launch to freedom.

Here are the 5 phases in a healthy business journey:

1️⃣ Purpose: Pre-launch and thinking about starting a business
2️⃣ Launch: First services and minimum viable product
3️⃣ Scale: Increasing profits, adding courses, memberships, masterminds and other scalable offers
4️⃣ Amplify: Exponentially increasing profit, licensing, book writing, speaking and other thought leadership moves; while reducing time.
5️⃣ Impact: Philanthropy, giving, or acquisition

Let’s zoom in to Scale and Amplify a little closer…

Scale 3️⃣ is about building offers that scale and filling them. Time is spent refining systems, excellent client experiences, list growth, and becoming well known. In fact, many people stay in Phase 3 forever and that’s okay. However, some grow out of the constant grind of Scale and they want more; they get tired of launches, content marketing, or personally delivering their services so they start to look for their next business and lifestyle level.

In Amplify 4️⃣ entrepreneurs build content licensing offers that significantly reduce their work load, while increasing profit and time freedom. This next level business model also opens time to write books, speak on more stages, spend more time traveling or with family, and for work on passion products.
