Here’s what to do differently this week: → Spot their pain point early. Listen for phrases like “I’m stuck” or “I need help with…” → Validate and relate. “I get it — a lot of my clients felt the same way.” → Offer value, not a pitch. “Would you like a couple ideas I’ve seen work?” → Then suggest a short call. “We could map this out together in 15 minutes.” → Make it feel easy and casual. “Zero pressure, just brainstorming some options for you.” → End with a soft close. “Would that be helpful for you right now?” A well-led conversation builds trust. And trust is what earns you the sale. Stop waiting for leads to ask you. Start leading them toward a decision.

      Your sales call language might be costing you conversions. Yes — even if you think you're doing it right. Because the words you choose can instantly build trust or break it. Let’s fix that right now: Instead of saying this: 👉 “Let me know if you’re interested.” Say this instead: 👉 “Would you like me to walk you through next steps?” Why? The first leaves the door open too wide. The second positions you as the guide. Another one: Instead of saying this: 👉 “I understand if now’s not a good time.” Say this instead: 👉 “Would it be helpful if we mapped out a plan together?” Notice how one invites disconnection, the other invites collaboration. And one more for good measure: Instead of saying this: 👉 “I hope this makes sense.” Say this instead: 👉 “Does this feel aligned with what you’re looking for?” Stop hoping. Start confirming alignment. That’s where conversion lives. Remember: Words trigger emotions. Emotions drive decisions. Decisions drive sales. Tweak your language. Watch your close rate climb.

          Your lead generation isn’t broken. It’s just missing one critical piece. And it’s costing you clients. It’s not about more leads. It’s about what you do after they show interest. That missing piece? Lead nurturing. Most coaches focus on: → Posting valuable content → Running masterclasses or webinars → Offering free downloads But then they ghost their leads. And wonder why no one converts. Here’s how to fix that: 1️⃣ Create a simple nurture sequence. A few emails or DMs checking in, offering tips, and staying visible. 2️⃣ Start conversations, not just promotions. Comment on their posts. Ask them about their challenges. Be human. 3️⃣ Share real client results often. People trust proof. Show them what’s possible with you. The truth is… leads need warming up. Buying decisions aren’t made on first contact. They’re made through consistent, authentic connection. If your sales feel cold, your nurture is missing. Lead gen gets them in. Nurture gets them to buy.             You’re not losing sales because of your offer. You’re losing them because of how you close the call. Most coaches fumble the close. (And leave clients on the fence). Let’s fix that. Here are 3 ways to better close your sales calls: 1️⃣ Stop asking: “Do you have any questions?” This puts pressure on the buyer to justify their no. ➡️ Say this instead: "Based on what we covered, is this something you’re ready for?" It moves the convo toward a decision. 2️⃣ Anchor their pain and future. Before dropping your offer, remind them why they booked. ➡️ Try this line: "You shared how stuck you feel right now. And how ready you are for a breakthrough. This program is designed to get you there, faster." Make them feel seen, heard, and hopeful. 3️⃣ Assume the close, don’t beg for it. When you hesitate, they hesitate too. ➡️ Use confident language like: "I’d love to officially welcome you in. Would you like to pay in full or split payments?" Direct, clear, and calm. The truth is: People don’t buy when they’re confused. They buy when they’re clear, seen, and led. Lead them well. Close with confidence.
