Throughout my 20-year journey in human resources, I've been privileged to lead and inspire in diverse cultural landscapes also in various businesses like retail, sales, health, airlines, construction. I enhanced my career with serving as a Professional Coach (PCC). My experiences, which include establishing HR departments and crafting impactful strategies, have been driven by a deep-seated desire to make a positive difference in people's lives while helping organizations transcend their goals. I firmly believe that the true essence of being a Human Resources Leader lies in building lasting connections and fostering growth. Guided by this belief, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of strategic business partnerships and stakeholder relationships. One of my favorite wise sayings that resonates with me deeply is, "Success is not just about the destination, but the journey and impact we make along the way." My educational background encompasses an MBA, a master's degree in HR Management, and certifications as a DISC Trainer, 360-degree coach, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). These achievements reflect my unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth. As a regional HR leader, my goal has always been to lead with empathy and understanding, believing that true influence stems from building strong partnerships both internally and externally.
