Helping Scale Up Founders transition out of founder led sales is no easy task- but it is something I am passionate about and love doing! After winning Presidents Club 4 times. Training THOUSANDS of BDR's and Sales Reps (independently and a part of organizations) I have learned that there are 4 key elements in scaling a start-up from 0-1M: 1) You must have a clear message of the value that you provide to those you are serving that you can articulate in 30 seconds 2) You must have clear understanding of WHO you are targeting (what challenges do they face, where are they located, what can YOU teach THEM about their industry. 3) The Founder MUST have sold the product themselves and been on the ground floor 4) You MUST - LEAD. WITH. VALUE. I have taken these teachings to help scale up founders transition out of founder led sales and build their tech stack and sales teams out in a profitable manner where we can 4x their business. WHAT I DO: - Post Content on entrepreneurship on sales - Run an outstanding podcast on sales and entrepreneurship - Build Playbooks, strategies, and execute on scale up go to market. - Coach SDRs/BDR and AE's on how to prospect with integrity. CORE VALUES FOR SUCCESS 1) No Asshole Allowed - I do not work with people that don't have integrity and don't have a firm belief in treating everyone with respsect. Full Stop. 2) Family First: Know my why - I am out here hustling and working hard because I have two BEAUTIFUL children and an amazing wife at home that I support and love. They will come before any and all prospects and business. 3) Treat every customer like they are my only customer. Your brand lives and dies by the work you put in. So I put my all into everything I do. 4) Fail Fast course correct quickly: Its ok to fail - but do it quickly so I can learn. This means asking the hard questions and making the hard decisions even when I don't want to. 5) A Healthy Body means a healthy mind. Always focus on prioritizing my health and wellbeing - there is always time for daily exercise and self learning.
