I help other current and aspiring data professionals enter and level up in the field by uncovering & showcasing their existing data-related talents. As a Data Scientist who transitioned into this work late in my career, I have a passion for helping others make this same transition. Since early 2021 I have leveraged my expertise in data & AI and my passion for training to develop a full range of learning offerings for corporate clients across many industries. My role involves understanding learner personas and training needs, owning the design and scoping of technical curriculum, and using feedback loops and data to inform and prioritize training investments. • Authored two books in the field of data science, available wherever books are sold. • An advanced degree in an analytical field (quantitative research in policy analysis). • Experience managing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
