🕒 Attribution Window It’s the time frame Meta uses to decide if a sale, signup, or action counts as a result of your ad. 👉 Example: If someone clicks your ad and buys within 7 days — it counts. If they view the ad and convert within 1 day — it still counts. But if the conversion happens after that window? Meta doesn’t track it as part of that campaign. Nothing feels more satisfying than seeing your vision come to life. When I first started working on the Summer Career Academy 2025 with my team, I didn’t realize just how much joy and fulfillment it would bring once everything came together. Three weeks packed with learning, unlearning, and reimagining what students and industries need today. From sessions on networking, personal branding, and emerging technologies to industry visits, “Future You” seminars, and an inspiring panel with alumni and industry leaders, the energy and engagement never stopped. One of the highlights was getting to work closely with our brilliant trainers and guest speakers such Moiz Khan, Ahmed Ali Shah, Syed Faraz Ahmed, Dr Khalid Basit, Vishal Khemani, Amynah Reimoo and Nooruddin Surani - CISA, MCT, MCAS. Coordinating behind the scenes, learning from their experience, and watching them interact so generously with our students made this journey all the more meaningful. Also taking this opportunity to appreciate the adorable mascot I got to design, which became a fun part of our overall branding. Just another reminder that creative ideas can turn into reality when you have a supportive team and space to experiment. Also, special shoutout to the student who crowned me Pookie of SCA!! Honestly, career services has never felt cuter. It was refreshing to reconnect with students, hear their stories, understand their dreams, and reflect on how we can keep evolving our programming to meet them where they are. Their questions, insights, and reflections reminded us of the real impact this work can have. Here’s to more bold ideas, thoughtful planning, and student-centered programs in the future.
