- Takes on managerial duties in the absence of other management

- Holds responsibility for designing, ordering, and distributing t-shirts and other products among the chapter
- Communicates with manufacturers to promptly prepare each order 
- Partners with other leaders within the chapter to correlate the different themes of events with the overall inspiration for the t-shirts

I had the greatest opportunity to assist Melissa Gullatte, the artist, designer, and calligrapher behind Gracefully Made. I got to see first-hand what it is like to start your own business and it gave me more confidence than before about my own path to entrepreneurship. As an intern, I did a lot of organizational prep and verification for online orders and served as another set of hands at photoshoots.

As a sales associate, it was under my responsibilities to create a welcoming environment for customers and assist them in all aspects of the store, including check out at the register, dressing rooms, or to give general advice and answer any of their questions about Dress Up.
