Aloha ! I'm a UX researcher and human factors engineer with an appetite for innovation. I help projects grow with a user-centric approach and help teams understand users (attitudes, behaviors, experience) in various fields. I get hired to conduct UX research (early research, usability/acceptance assessment, ethnographic studies, quantitative data analysis, experience mapping...). My design background allow me to work hand in hand with designers and developers to propose actionable insights, efficient IHM, and help prototyping features with a good usability. To achieve this, I manage methods in various levels such as mental models, ux bench, usability tests, A/B(n) tests, field (guerilla) tests, longitudinal studies... I am passionate about listening to users, dive into data and share patterns to help stakeholders develop successful products.
