Most recently, I led web3 product strategy & operations programs for clients at Accenture, assisting brands to increase their reach and engagement with customers, fans, and community members using smart contract & blockchain / distributed ledger technology. The last 14 years of my career in tech consulting have been devoted to building programs that enable PEOPLE to execute efficient PROCESSES through the use of TECHNOLOGY while ensuring proper GOVERNANCE of the day-to-day activities and key performance indicators. I've done this for many industries, particularly financial services & capital markets, retail, sports, healthcare, and consumer goods. In addition, I've spent 25+ yrs in the trading cards industry.
