My parents instilled in me the value of hard work from a young age, making my first job a significant milestone. At 13, I became a soccer referee and have been steadily employed ever since.

Then, at 11 pm on June 13th, I received devastating news: the company I actually loved working for was closing its doors permanently. For the first time in 15 years, I found myself unemployed. I was overwhelmed with disbelief and anxiety. I hardly slept that night.

This loss was a tough blow and this job search has been very challenging. I've sent out countless applications, only to receive an overwhelming number of automated rejections: "We have decided not to move forward with your application."

It's human nature to highlight our triumphs rather than our struggles, which made me hesitate to share this. But it's okay—this is the human experience, filled with disappointment, excitement, success, failure, and more.

So, I'm here to share that I am in the struggle, far from a success story. Despite the doubt that keeps gnawing at me, it won't stop from applying and to certainly won't stop me from praying. Success will come.

I am bilingual and skilled in legal administration, legal writing, document preparation, filings and more. 

For now, as I remain in the waiting and even after it's over, I'll be cheering on my former colleagues when they find employment, and I will pray for those who haven't found one yet.
