I have been always work as a leader of team,firstly we think for organization development then welfare,communication both side healthy&good relation with concerned persons. I have been always achieve our target from negative workforce and negative situation.I have been able to provide good training to the shop floor to up ward level in organization, Quality circle also with the help of legal technique which mold and motivate negative workforce. I was best cadates in NCC Air wing so I have capacity and require knowledge to see security system very effective. Specialties: I have been able to create very discipline productive team.I am master in H.R,I.R,&legal, I am not issue unnecessary disciplinary action latter,but when issue latter, this is more effective. I was also terminated union leader and protected workman without single resistance . I have been good knowledge of channel sales ,project sales etc.. and passed twice Insurance authority examination , near five years par time working as adviser MNC insurance company , know about their training system as well as development and working culture. My Father was awarded by President police medal for research ( communication system Electronics and wireless ) and meritorious service. His service period was honorable ,without negative remarks and never transferred from headquarter.
