Fly by Light Aerospace is at the height of unmanned aerial photography and cinematography applications. We explore new opportunities to bring 21st century tech to the everyday business. While striving to always be better for our customers; learning about their business through face-to-face meetings so we can best showcase them to prospective clients. This allows us to really make each project truly one of a kind.

We made it the mission of Fly by Light Aerospace to get to know each customer individually, and present a custom-tailored plan to fit their exact needs. We don't want to sell people things they don't want or need, only a simple and comprehensive plan with no hidden tactics and built on honesty.

Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission

A division of the Gun Lake Tribal Government, the Gaming Commission audits and protects the assets of the Gun Lake Casino and the Gun Lake Tribe’s Government. My responsibilities in this role included the following:
•	Installation, configuring and maintaining cameras in a 24/7 1,250+ IP camera surveillance network on a 72,000 sq ft gaming floor and supporting outbuildings
•	Deployed workstations using imaging servers
•	Handled cable runs and server rack terminations
•	Level 1 IT Tech to the Gaming Commission
•	Conducted great communication skills when scheduling work with the casino and its various departments
•	Assisted in maintaining an Enterprise-Class Surveillance system
•	Installed and configured assets in Genetec VMS
•	Built documentation to assist in training future technicians

IT/Surveillance Technician

iFlightPlanner

In my role as Account Manager for iFlightPlanner, I handled daily phone calls directly to airport managers, FBO directors, and individual pilots. My tasks included working hands-on in sales to help airports and FBO's boost their visibility on our web and app based platform used by pilots around the United States. Cold calling was an exciting opportunity for me to reach people we had not yet been able to visit, however, I always made time taking trips across the USA to visit our customers directly. I made it a priority to know their business so we at iFlightPlanner could better serve them!

Byron Center Ace Hardware

My responsibilities at the Byron Center Ace Hardware went far beyond just getting customers exactly what they need on the first trip. I made sure projects got accomplished effectively & efficiently, and were incorporated properly. Order check in, product resets, and isle configurations were conducted according to Ace corporate standards but tailored to our specific store's needs and the needs of our customers. 

I pride myself on having a customer focused mindset, while maintaining positive relationships with a multitude of return customers on a daily basis. I only recommend products that I have personally used, and customers always appreciate an honest opinion!
