- Opportunity: The competition didn't exist and the food market in favor of local production increases faster.
-Solution: We create a marketplace where the production was easily found and the UI is similar to the main B2C marketplace in France for easy navigation during all the process (simplification of the user training process, they are already onboard because we use the same process of the main marketplace B2C in France)

 - Ideation: increase the conversion rate without spending any money
- Problematics: The conversion rate is low, and we miss 1/3 of the sales opportunity
- Opportunity: The competition didn't innovate and didn't offer a different solution for customers
-Solution: We create a 6 months contract, it was totally new in our area. The ROI was more than 100% the first month

-Solution: offer different packaging for the seller who desires to sell by themselves and reduce the time to sell and increase the value of the houses.
