Recent successes I’ve had working with clients: 🏆 A hire I made for a manager at a food distributor client was promoted to vice president in two years and now runs the entire facility! 🏆 A well-known CPG manufacturer was undergoing a major procurement transformation by separating their procurement and sourcing functions. This resulted in several openings and our team was able to fill over 30 positions within a year. 🏆 A startup health supplement company needed a Director of Supply Chain to manage order fulfillment with demanding customers. He was able to establish inventory planning tools to minimize backorders and stockouts. This person was eventually promoted to VP of Operations. 🏆 An electronics manufacturer had gone through 2 site leaders in 3 years and had trouble attracting top talent.
