As the Global Head of Solutions Architecture at Chainlink Labs, I’m leading a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Web 3. Our mission is to enable seamless cross-chain interoperability, deliver high-quality off-chain data to on-chain protocols, and unlock new possibilities with off-chain compute. During my time at BlueCat Networks, I had the privilege of leading a talented team of Solutions Architects, driving innovation in delivering Enterprise DDI solutions. I spearheaded several key initiatives that made a real impact, both operationally and for our customers:

Vivun Hero Implementation: By implementing the Vivun Hero platform, I was able to streamline how we managed customer-impacting activities. This allowed my team to track deal velocity with precision and secure the all-important Technical Win. The platform also simplified the process of tracking Feature Requests and Product Gaps, creating a more efficient feedback loop with our product teams.

Optimized Demo Program with Consensus Automation: I took the initiative to launch the Consensus Demo Automation Platform, significantly improving our demo program and maximizing Solutions Architect efficiency. This automation meant we could scale our demo delivery without losing the personal touch, leading to better customer experiences and improved utilization of our SA team.

Enhanced SA Lab & Enablement with Tech Accelerator & SkyTap: I introduced Tech Accelerator and SkyTap to overhaul our lab and enablement processes. These platforms equipped our team to stay at the forefront of technical readiness, enabling us to deliver value more quickly during customer engagements.

Forcepoint

Joined Forcepoint in January of 2018 to lead the Northern Europe Sales Engineering team. During my time at Forcepoint, I grew the team from 15 Sales Engineers to 19. 

At Forcepoint, I had the opportunity to lead the Sales Engineering team across Northern Europe, driving technical strategy and customer engagement. One of my key focuses was on refining how we delivered value to our customers and ensuring that our team had the right skills to succeed:

2Win Global, Demo2Win Program: I recognized the importance of delivering impactful and engaging demos, so I put my Sales Engineers through the Demo2Win program by 2Win Global. This training equipped the team with the skills and techniques to lead more compelling demonstrations, directly improving our ability to connect with customers and influence buying decisions.
This initiative was a critical part of my leadership strategy, elevating the team's effectiveness and driving success across the region. By focusing on continuous improvement, we ensured that we consistently met the needs of our customers and supported Forcepoint’s broader growth.

I had a personal quota attainment of 124% for Fiscal Year 2018, as well as 103% for Fiscal Year 2020
Promoted a Sr. Sales Engineer to Sales Engineer Manager for the U.K. Territory and Mid-Market SE team.

Director Sales Engineering - Northern Europe

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Led a team of systems engineers, and partnered with the HP Enterprise Security Products VP and the regional Sales Directors to determine SE resource allocation, account opportunities, sales strategies, & partner enablement activities. We work with customers in their quest to improve their Cyber Security Resilience, through proper implementation of the appropriate People, Processes, and Technology. Guiding customers on their path to the Intelligent SOC using ArcSight along with our Fortify and Data Security solutions.  For this role, I relocated from the United States to London, England to assume leadership of the EMEA PreSales organization. 
Prior to moving into the EMEA role, I lead the creation of ESP's first Intern program. I hired 3 summer interns, moved them to Palo Alto for their summer assignment and oversaw the projects they worked on that provided immediate benefits to the PreSales organization.

Led a team of systems engineers and partner with Northeast & Southeast area Sales Directors to determine SE resource allocation, account opportunities, sales strategies, and partner enablement activities.

Manage a team of Systems Engineers with various backgrounds of experience and expertise.
Lead the SE team through numerous successful hands on Proof of Concept’s (PoC’s) with complex Security & System Management solutions, leading to successful opportunity closure.

PreSale Manager - Eastern U.S. region

Symantec

Guided teams of systems and security engineers through presentation, customization, and integration of proprietary security solutions for customers and partners. Continually trained and coached staff in security technologies, compliance rules, emerging threat management, and account management. Teamed with product managers to prioritize and refine future product development initiatives. Co-developed sales forecasts and resource commitments with sales team.

Area Director, Systems Engineers - Northeast Territory

Assessed client needs and developed security solutions leveraging Symantec’s state-of-the art solutions. Served as technical subject matter expert to account managers for systems performance capabilities and product tailoring. Prepared PoCs and provided onsite support for systems deployment, integration, upgrades, and performance tuning. Visited client sites to proactively address continually evolving client concerns and identify opportunities for service expansion.

My career has spanned Cybersecurity, AI, Infrastructure, and emerging Web3 technologies. The throughline has always been impact. I specialize in turning complex, high-stakes customer engagements into scalable success stories by leading with clarity, operationalizing technical strategy, and empowering Solutions Engineers to speak the language of value, risk, and enterprise transformation.

Beyond team leadership, I’ve consistently taken on the challenge of building or reengineering SE processes. This includes opportunity tracking, demo automation, technical win frameworks, and feedback loops that influence product direction. I’m as comfortable in the field with customers as I am coaching junior SEs or aligning with C-suite stakeholders on GTM strategy.
