I’m guessing you feel things could be going better with your teams… It’s not unusual, you know. Things change, evolve, break… and sometimes need fixing. You find value in having conversations with other people about their problems. Sometimes you even find solutions to your own problems in those conversations. It’s natural. Having spent the last several decades working in digital… project and programme management, design, product, research… I’ve done, seen and experienced a lot. I’ve worked with agencies and organizations. I’ve even founded and run agencies and consultancies. Good ones. Award-winning ones. I get it. The term “consultant” in digital can sometimes be a dirty word. We’ve all been on the receiving end of the work consultants have done TO us and not WITH us. But I’m different. I was a practitioner for a long time. And now I consult. But I’m not the kind who does things TO my clients. I work WITH them. I roll my sleeves up and take on tasks from deeply tactical and tangible to highly strategic. It makes no difference to me. You see, when you engage with me, you get the benefit of all my experience… not just cherry-picked bits of it.
