👋🏻 Hi, I'm Brian—a Digital Producer & Entrepreneur from the U.S., now living a simpler life in the mountains of Costa Rica. My superpower is turning ambitious digital ideas into reality for busy executives who know what they want but don’t have the time or expertise to get started. For over two decades, I've built and led talented teams to deliver interactive solutions ranging from digital marketing campaigns to enterprise-level learning & development apps. I co-own innovative IP designed specifically to train Gen-Z retail staff quickly, effectively, and enjoyably. After 700+ positive trainee surveys and an average knowledge increase of 96%, the results truly speak for themselves. Curious? Let's connect. From ages 23 to 33, I co-founded and grew 4O1!, an highly acclaimed and award-winning digital design and development studio based in Allentown, PA, which was later acquired by [Hammer.net](http://hammer.net/). Afterward, seeking balance beyond hustle culture, I relocated to Costa Rica, where I now enjoy life with my unicorn wife, our magical second son, and endless adventures. Between 2020 and 2024, my main focus was building "Green Machine," a dynamic L&D platform for Starbucks' facilities team, which successfully trained thousands of baristas and managers. Check it out at www.GreenMachineARS.com. Due to organizational shifts, that chapter wrapped up, freeing me to dive back into creating exciting new projects for forward-thinking companies. What digital solution do you wish you had built already? I'd love to dream—and deliver—it with you! My Passions: 👨🎨 Art & Design 🤖 Innovative Tech 🌍 Travel & Nature 🙏 Yoga & Meditation 🌱 Conscious Parenting Let's collaborate! Reach out if you're looking for a high-energy creative with a proven track record and access to a world-class talent network to bring your vision to life. 📩 brian@pixouls.com

Otherworldly beauty 💫 Here for a moment, then drifting away. It tempts the bees, feeds the soul, and becomes fruit sweeter than memory. A symbol of sacrifice, a whisper of the divine, a miracle I nearly missed Right at my doorstep thank you A gentle reminder of our impermanence, Of our individual beauty we’re here for a moment meant to open fully, to share our gift, and trust that the creator knew what they were doing when they made us too. Thank you Passiflora for your visit, beauty & wisdom. I am grateful.
You are the poet, the player, and the play. This line composed over 2,000 years ago in ancient India, from the Ramayana, carries the same frequency as Shakespeare’s “All the world’s a stage”, written in England in the 1600s. Two civilizations. Two vastly different times. One truth. That life is theater. That we are the characters… and the script… and, somehow, the author behind it all. (Perhaps a simulation) Whether it’s Valmiki or Shakespeare, mystic or dramatist, they both point toward the same insight: We are living stories — shaped by unseen hands, yet written from within. Makes you wonder… If you’re the playwright and the performer, what story are you telling? And is it time to change the scene?
“AI has made me less productive.” That’s what my brother Eric Wcislo said yesterday. He’s wildly creative but not exactly an “artist”, at least not in the traditional sense. Yet, here he is, using AI to bring his inner child to life. Not building spreadsheets or automating workflows... But turning himself, father, brothers and nephew into a Garbage Pail Kids. 😂 Honestly? I think it’s a win! AI isn’t just for crushing business tasks, it’s unlocking creative expression for people who never thought they had an outlet. What's your take? Is this a waste of time? Or a healthy release of long-pent-up creative energy? Also which is your favorite?!?
Want to know the best way to grow your business that no one’s talking about? Our digital agency grew by double & triple digits year over year before being acquired in year 8. 🤠 Early on, 100% of our clients came from our own sales — networking, advertising, outreach — all hustle, all grind. But once we made one shift, everything changed. We focused on strategic partnerships. Since we were experts in web and interactive, we teamed up with ad agencies, video production companies, and trade show firms that served our ideal clients, but couldn’t do what we did. No competition ☯ we complemented. They got new revenue streams, and we plugged right in. Projects from Olympus, Mack Truck, Martin Guitar all came through relationships 0 sales required! Within a few years, 60% of our business came from partners. No sales team. No funnel. Just being valuable to the right people. It wasn’t instant & we got burned a few times Actually still have some scoundrels who owe us money, lol. But once we figured out who we worked best with, things got easier, faster, more profitable. Honestly? The best biz dev we ever did was just being really damn good to the right people. If you’re relying soley on outbound to grow, you’re leaving money on the table and working way too hard. PS. After several years of building a custom L&D tool to service Starbucks, Green Machine ARS, LLC I’m back to building world-class web & apps and searching for the 5 new strategic partners. If that's you, DM me & let’s create some win-wins!
9th house in Costa Rica. Exploring new territory. This is the new neighborhood 💚 Had some cows on the street on my way to the market, that was my traffic jam 🤠 Whatcha think? Do you prefer Jungle, city or something between?
Your business will only grow to the level of stress your body can safely handle. Read that again. Unfortunately we weren’t raised in a world built for physical or energetic safety. We learned early to override instincts, to hustle as a survival strategy. Stillness feels like a threat because “being” feels unsafe. We’ve been conditioned to equate doing with safety. But deep down, our nervous system just wants to protect us. So when growth feels dangerous, we pull back, self sabotage or burn out. As entrepreneurs, our visions stretch beyond comfort. But our biology resists the unknown. It’s not just mindset, it’s wiring. Learning to signal safety at the edge is the real work we need to be doing to grow. To stay present in expansion without falling off the cliff. 🫣 Your business, your impact, your freedom All only grow to the level your nervous system can hold. Fortunately, just because we weren’t given the tools doesn’t mean we can’t learn them now. You deserve to feel safe in growth. To access your full power. To live the life that actually lights you up. 🌞 So find the tools that regulate you. Even if they seem weird to “normal” people. (They’re boring anyway.)
I’ve built a lot of things over my two decades in tech. But never like this. Not with this much on the line ($427,401 but who's counting). Not with this much heart 💚 The project is Green Machine, a platform we built to help f&b retailers train their workforce aka the TikTok generation. I’d interviewed half a dozen development shop... some had slick portfolios, others had stacked resumes, but most felt cold. Disconnected. Like they’d seen a hundred projects just like ours. And then there was this team, Pixouls. They weren’t the cheapest. They weren’t the loudest in the room. Hell, they weren’t even my top choice at first glance. But as the conversations went deeper, something shifted. They listened differently. They cared. They got excited. And that excitement matched mine. We ended up building not one, but two custom applications that shared a unified data set and user base—one to run a large-scale refurbishment program, and another to drive equipment training & support across sevefral hundred stores. No one, not me, not them, certainly not the client expected the final product to be as clean, intuitive, and scalable as it turned out. But it was. And it worked. Really well 👌🏽 I’ll be honest: it was a big bet. But it paid off. And now, I’m doing for others what I did for myself—helping businesses bridge the gap between vision and execution. Bringing the right human layer to technology. Because the truth is, most companies are sitting on ideas that could double their revenue, cut internal waste, expand their reach, or radically transform how they operate. But they’re waiting… Waiting for clarity. Waiting for the “right” team. Waiting until it feels safe. The way I see it, if the vision is real—and the excitement is alive—you move. I did. It changed everything. So if you've been sitting on a big build—a tech platform, a marketing system, a training solution—let's talk! You might be closer than you think. And who knows… maybe that next chapter starts here, in the jungle. 🦎
A powerful meditation left me with this: “Today I choose to walk with God, and trust in the Creator.” Since last week, I’ve been working to really live this. To remind myself, again and again, especially when things get tough, that life is happening for me, not to me. It’s not always easy… but it’s powerful. When life flows and beauty surrounds me, I remind myself: This is what it feels like to walk with the Creator. It even inspired a little ditty on the guitar that I might share once it’s finished. (Maybe. No promises. Ha!) The deeper I lean into this, the more I feel the quiet magic running through everything. Even the simple, everyday moments, like washing the dishes become sacred parts of the journey. I hope you too are walking with “God” or Great Spirit, Allah, Source, whatever name you hold dear. Because when we remember there’s something greater that connects us all, life seems more meaningful. I come in peace. I go in peace. Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti. 🙏
With him, I caught the biggest fish of my life, scuba dove through a shipwreck, and even touched the road to Atlantis. We drank far more than any humans should (especially him), and laughed just as hard. Today would’ve been my Uncle Ed’s 73rd birthday. He’s no longer with us, but while he was—man, did we raise some hell. 😅 We sailed the Bahamas multiple times, partied hard in Key West, lived together in Miami, and explored Costa Rica. He’s the reason I have the sense of humor and thirst for adventure I do today. When we were kids, he rode cross-country on his Harley—and I thought that was the coolest thing in the world. He used to show up with prank gifts like fake poop, severed fingers, and fireworks too. All the good stuff ;) His last wish was to learn to surf in Costa Rica, but a few diabetes -related surgeries had laid him down. Even though he lived fully and laughed loudly, I know he had more life left in him. But decades of over indulgence cut his last chapters short. I love you Ed, I’m grateful for you, and I trust you’re finally surfing the Pacific peaks you dreamed of. Happy Birthday, buddy. Save me a wave. And thanks Eric Wcislo for this epic rending of Eddie as he touches his version of god. 👌
Just saw a shooting star and a UFO within 10 min of each other 🤩 Call me crazy if you wish but I’ve seen at least 5 UFOs since I got here 8 years ago. Most of them I had another witness with me which is helpful because you question your own sight less. Love me some starry nights and ET experiences 🤠 Have you ever seen something strange in the inky sky?
When’s the Last Time You Made Someone’s Day? We all remember those unexpected moments of kindness. A small gesture. A thoughtful word. A random show of support. Feels pretty amazing, right? Now flip it—when’s the last time you made someone else feel that way? Here are a few quick ways you can spread some good vibes right here on LinkedIn: 👍 Like a post that's flying under the radar ❤️ Leave a heartfelt comment on a stranger's content ♻️ Repost something you know took real effort 📣 Boost a job seeker’s post with a quick "comment for reach" 📧 DM someone just to say you admire their work ✍️ Write a post highlighting someone else's business 🎁 Offer thoughtful advice on a post in your area of expertise 🔗 Introduce two people who could genuinely help each other None of these cost a dime—and yet they can completely change someone's day. ☀️ More importantly, they build real connections, which is what this platform (and the world) could use a little more of. What’s your next act of kindness—online or offline? P.S. You’re awesome. 🤟
Happy 100th Day of 2025. 🎉 Since January 1st, I’ve posted every single day a (few times twice) that’s over 100 posts in a row. My average? 628 impressions per post. 🫣 Considering the consistency, quality, and frequency… that feels low IMHO. So today, I’m running an experiment: I’ve reactivated LinkedIn Premium to see if it actually impacts visibility as they claim (11x potential). Over the next few weeks, I’ll track the data and report back. Has anyone else done a test like this? Curious what you’ve found. I get that it’s not all about impressions—but let’s be honest, visibility matters. Especially when you’re here to make an impact. Here’s to the next 265 days of 2025… LFG 🚀
Think of content like producing rap albums — not every track has to be a banger. Most people only remember a few songs per album anyway. Same goes for LinkedIn Consistency > Perfection. Doing, learning, and growing beats sitting on the sidelines with analysis paralysis. That was one of the first things I learned from Darren McKee. But the gems kept coming—and honestly, they’re too many to fit in a single post. Still, here are a few of my favorite takeaways: • Focus on revenue and relationships, not vanity metrics. • Growth isn’t linear — play the long game. • Provide tons of value before asking for anything. • Use pattern interrupts to stop the scroll — “What the hell is THAT?!” • Don’t fake the funk — translate who you are onto the platform. • Repurpose content to get more mileage from your ideas. • Mix up your content formats: • Videos • Selfies and wild images • Throwback pics with a personal story • Polls • Text posts with emotional hooks • People don’t hate being pitched — they hate bad pitches. • Hooks matter: Make them emotionally charged. Use numbers or time-based references (e.g., “We haven’t spoken in 15,000 days…”) Focus on the curiosity gap. You don’t need a CTA in every post — but don’t be afraid to say: “DM me. I’d love to chat.” • Be a little controversial (within reason). • Share industry-specific insights — read what your audience reads. • If you want to be respected in the space, study your client’s world. • With just 6,000–20,000 followers, you can land real endorsement deals. • Don’t get addicted — post, engage, then step back. • The algorithm is always changing — stop chasing it. • Use Sales Navigator to find and connect with the right people intentionally. If you want to hack the LinkedIn machine, follow Darren — or better yet, join his cohort. That’s where I met half of my best LinkedIn connections. LinkedIn creator series #2 Darren McKee
It choose to prioritize my priorities today 💚🔥💫 Hope your day was as fulfilled as mine. Seriously, you deserve it & so do I. Mucho amor.
Sorry LinkedIn, I’ve got nothing more to share today. Gave all I have to give. Tomorrow’s a new day. Blessed rest beautiful souls 💫
It was a GOOD Friday indeed 🤠 Hope you all had a blessed one and a even better weekend to follow. 💫
Life lately has been a whirlwind. A hurricane of divine sunshine and stormy skies. We’re deep in the jungle, in yet another new home, trying to create a sense of safety and rhythm in the chaos. Two parents & a full of life 4-year-old, out here on our own. No support system. Building businesses, navigating health scares, sleepless nights, and the constant dance of trying to build a life worth living while finding harmony with the forces of nature. And amid all that… The best work I’ve ever done, years in the making, beyond anything I imagined I could create was smashed to pieces in a few months. Still, even in the wreckage, the light breaks through. Today, that light came in the form of two souls: Chelsea Linge and Jack Rosenkrantz 💫 We connected virtually, but the energy was anything but distant. It was real. It was healing. It was the kind of conversation that fills your cup and then refills it again. No judgment. Just presence. Just kindness. Just love. The kind of support that comes when you show up consistently, when you speak from your truth, when you trust your intuition and follow the nudge to reach out. We may think we’re connecting for one reason, but Spirit knows better. There’s always something deeper waiting to be revealed. To anyone walking through a transition, navigating grief, identity shifts, or rebirth — check out Chelsea and Jack. They are holding space in a way the world desperately needs. Grateful. Humbled. Recharged. Thank you both. Keep shining. You’re on to something truly special. Infinite love & gratitude. ONS 🔱
11,111. That number stopped me mid-scroll. Not just because it’s magic (it is). But because it belongs to someone equally magic: Jack Rosenkrantz 💫 If you don’t know Jack—you should. He’s one of the brightest lights on LinkedIn (true story) full of high vibes and real world wisdom. Jack’s faced and overcome the lows of life from burnout, addiction, bankruptcy and rose up with purpose and power. His track record in tech & sales is truly impressive and Joe he blends it with yoga, love and philosophy we can all learn a lot from him. Now he along with the equally magic 🦄 Chelsea Linge they help conscious leaders rewrite their story and lead from alignment, not ego. Less hustle, less circles, more truth, more essence & more well magic. Who doesn’t want less burnout and more legacy? 🤷♂️ I met Jack in Darren McKee’s cohort and we quickly bonded of tech and meditation… come to find out we had the same Mantra & tantra teacher deep in the Costa Rica jungle! He’s the first but certainly not last LinkedIn connect I got to actually meet here in Costa Rica. The first LinkedIn friend I’ve hugged in real life—and it was a wicked bear hug. Full of strength. Full of love. That’s Jack for you. 🐻 🤗 Follow Jack Rosenkrantz. You’ll feel it.
Some days I feel like a superhero. Other days, like the janitor who cleans up after one. I’m a target for vomit and hugs. A butler, chef, and medicine man. Both king and court jester. A part time teacher and eternal student. Fueled by coffee and yoga. Kept afloat by love. Honored to be all things, even when I feel like nothing. This is Dadgood 🤠
Though most of today was like a highlight reel, I felt dense & depressed for a solid hour. 🤷♂️ Fortunately I snapped out of it And got to appreciate so many things i am grateful for. Egg hunt, pancakes al fresco, farmers market, drum circle, pool time, art project, and the first rain of the season. The truth is we never know what others are going through, often we don’t even know why we are vibing low. So IMHO we should always try to be kind. I hope you found and shared much kindness today. Blessed life 🙏
