	•	Spearhead capture and proposal strategy for federal contracts, with a focus on SBIR/STTR and sole-source opportunities in defense and intelligence.
	•	Directed the company’s most successful growth period to date — winning more contracts since 2023 than in all prior years combined.
	•	Manage cross-functional operations, including HR, staffing, deployments, and client delivery coordination.
	•	Collaborate closely with technical leadership to align solutions with customer mission needs and emerging market trends.

Responsible for the morale, welfare, and conduct of all the employees in 2 Cyberspace Operations Squadrons 
- Devised cross-organization awards feedback system—increased wins by both organizations to encompass 85% of total awards given annually out of 6 units. 
- Tackled Human Resources crisis, planned and taught two week-long courses for fill-in HR personnel.  Coordinated with all other base organizations to provide instruction. Certified 67 members to take on heightened responsibilities

First Sergeant

Liaison between field units and headquarters for policy guidance, interpretation, and change management.
-Founded You-Tube style training video platform. Developed policy, created buy-in with senior leaders, and implemented "Airman Focused Training Videos" for the military’s largest mobility air arm; 110k people, 430 aircraft.
-Liaised with 5 other departments to update guidance for all maintenance actions performed on the fleet. Provided input for support to digitize paper elements of aircraft record-keeping and promote cyber discipline within the maintenance career field.   
-Drove policy support for Conditions-Based Maintenance Artificial Intelligence program, championed Delta’s process integration to AF.
-Monitored and responded to Airman Safety Action Program (ASAP) reported incidents that involved maintenance for Air Mobility Command.
