Over the past few weeks, I’ve been quiet here. Not because I had nothing to say, but because life asked me to listen instead.

In a short period of time, I found out that my dad was very very sick… and a just a few weeks later I had miscarriage.

It all happened so fast. Within just two months, one heartbreak came after another.

Navigating fear, uncertainty, and the weight of what could happen to my dad was already heartbreaking. 

And then, shortly after, we lost our first baby.

Life forced me to stop everything so I could give myself permission to feel, to process, and heal.

To prioritize my own wellbeing and be present for my loved ones and myself. 

Because in a world that rewards productivity and achievements, slowing down can feel like failure (specially for a type A overachiever like me).

But these weeks away reminded me that no amount of money, job title, or goal will ever matter more than our health and our family. 

We tend to take those for granted and forget that they could be taken away from us in a split second.

To those who messaged me, checked in, or quietly held space—THANK YOU. If I haven’t responded yet, please know I’ve felt every word. 

I’m easing my way back and looking forward to reconnecting here. 

I’ve missed this space, and I’ve missed you.

👉 People know people. 

We aren't meant to job hunt alone. So tap into your network! 

You might be a referral away from your next job.

👉 Ohhh and remember those recruiters who reached out to you in the past? They might still have opportunities for you!

And if they don’t?

👉 Recruiters know other recruiters, so chances are they can connect you to someone who is hiring. All you gotta do is ask.
