Flip it back to them and ask about their approved salary range first!

If you throw out a number upfront, you will limit your negotiation power. 

Instead, put the ball in their court first to keep the upper hand 💪

6 Signs your manager might be emotionally immature 👇

A manager that dislikes you has the power to affect the course of your career!

I’ve seen it over and over—once a manager decides they don’t like you, it’s almost impossible to change their mind. 

👉 They make your job miserable
👉 They don't promote you
👉 They don't approve your PTO 
👉 And they pick on every thing that you do 

✨ So what's the solution?

1️⃣ If you love the company but not the manager, explore internal moves. Sometimes a fresh start on another team is all you need.
