I am a thought leader, productive agitator and strategist who craves learning and new challenges. As a people leader, I serve my team through focused culture and leadership development, championing experimentation and bringing clarity to outcomes that enable teams to work autonomously. I apply “Who Not How” (Dan Sullivan) approach to my accountabilities and I cultivate an active people and knowledge network that accelerates business outcomes. For the past 10 years, I've sharpened my capabilities as a leader of people; learning to connect with talent through engaging at-scale and in 1:1 collaborations. While my professional exposure is in technology, I focus first on people; mapping the patterns of people to unlock the potential each brings and actively driving towards self-actualization. Within technical teams, I look for people who can influence, without authority, and intentionally action plans to develop leaders within and across the organization; making way for the up-and-coming leaders. In the last 6 years, 5 team members have converted from individual contributor to Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers. Each has gone on to lead vastly different teams (IT/OT, Engineering, Cloud, Architecture) and now, with updated accountabilities for Cloud; I am granted the opportunity to learn from these leaders. I look at the world from the standpoint of abundance. Each of us can win and create value without taking away from someone else. While I enjoy my own personal growth, I get as much or more energy from helping others develop and take on new challenges.
