I collaborate with Developers, REITs, Operators, and Financial Institutions to plan and execute their largest development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Identify and assess new business opportunities to support clients' strategic growth.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with external partners, including Developers, REITs, Operators, and Financial Institutions, to plan major development projects.
- Internal Coordination: Engage with Leadership teams, Department Heads, Operations, Marketing, and Fulfillment teams to leverage their expertise and deliver superior client experiences.

Project Vision and Strategy:
- Lead the vision and strategy phase of projects, starting from the initial indication.

- Assemble the appropriate Aptura resources to ensure effective project flow and execution.
- Position external partners to fill any identified gaps.

Project Monitoring and Communication:
- Monitor project progress and serve as the primary conduit for client interaction and communication.
- Lead all contracting activities for our Real Estate Development services team.
