From a dusty backyard with a worn-out tire to the corridors of modern businesses, my journey has been anything but ordinary. As a kid, I didn’t have the innate talents some of my peers did. Instead, I found my strengths in persistence, waking up early, throwing that baseball, hitting a golf ball, and pushing myself to run miles before sunrise, so I could be active enough for my kids. That drive is what led me to the world of business. My curiosity often prompts questions, such as how a business can automate its processes to grow or how leadership dynamics can change the trajectory of an organization. I've worked with businesses to modernize their core functions and, more importantly, to tap into the potential of their teams. To me, leadership isn’t just about guiding—it's about recognizing and valuing each member's contribution. Over the years, I’ve become the go-to person for organizations wanting to break through their status quo. Be it aligning a C-Level team or diving deep into organizational health, my approach is always rooted in real-world understanding and experience. And when I’m not immersed in business strategy? I’m at home, a proud keeper of The Greenlee Zoo. My pets—a motley crew of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and a bearded dragon—remind me of the diverse challenges and joys of life. They've taught me patience, adaptability, and the importance of finding joy in the small things. In essence, I’m a firm believer in growth, change, and the potential in every situation—be it in business or life.

AI writing has exploded in 2025. More content than ever. But the quality? Worse. It’s not making us better, it’s making us lazy. Reputations are suffering. Critical thinking is missing. Original ideas are rare. AI is a tool. Knowing when and how to use it changes everything. - You wouldn’t use a calculator to solve for 2 + 2. - You wouldn’t grab a power drill when you need a hammer. You shouldn’t solely rely on AI when you need real thinking - insert your real thinking. I recommend the 10-80-10 rule: 10% is your original thinking. Your unique ideas. Your clear and detailed prompt. 80% is AI doing the heavy lifting. Drafting. Expanding. Organizing. 10% is your editing, polish, and final touches. This step matters most. If it’s important, do your editing in a separate session. Use AI as an extension of your thinking. Not as a shortcut!
Content Inspiration, AI, scheduling, automation, analytics, CRM.
