As a Human Resources executive and culture architect, I develop and shape people strategy as an essential component of the overall corporate strategy, and collaborate with leadership teams to transform the company’s culture and create a unique competitive advantage. Throughout my career, I’ve steered global organizations through complex transitions including acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, revitalization, and accelerated growth. I just completed the Wharton Executive Education CHRO Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
