I'm a researcher working mainly on European public opinion surveys (Eurobarometer), collecting and analysing data from across the EU. Why do this? I'm convinced that evidence-based decision making that puts the citizen at the heart of the process is essential for governments and EU institutions. This is not only a democratic necessity but also a social one, to make our societies fairer and more inclusive. I thrive working in an international environment and am currently enjoying expanding my knowledge of public opinion research, as well as developing many soft skills such as clear communication, rigour, analytical thinking and team management.
