I accidentally discovered the future of design.

It's been hiding in Claude's settings this whole time.

You can create stunning LinkedIn carousels using Claude's Skills feature.

This is probably the best AI process for creating on-brand carousels I've come across.

Here's exactly how I turned Claude into my personal carousel designer:

Step 1: Find Your Best Carousel

Pull up a carousel that represents your style perfectly.
↳ Your branding
↳ Your framework
↳ Your tone

This becomes your blueprint.

Step 2: Upload to Claude

Drop that carousel into Claude with this prompt:

"Analyse this carousel and reverse engineer it into a SKILL.md file that captures my content structure, branding, tone, and framework.

Requirements:
1. Start with YAML frontmatter containing ONLY:

   name: skill-name-in-lowercase-with-hyphens
   description: "Description in quotes without apostrophes"

2. Keep the name lowercase with hyphens only
3. Quote the description and avoid apostrophes
4. Save as SKILL.md inside a top-level folder
5. Zip the folder (not the file directly)

Expected deliverable: A single zip file with structure: folder-name/SKILL.md"

Step 3: Upload Your Skill

1. Download the SKILL.md file.
2. Settings → Capabilities → Skills → "Upload skill"
3. Upload the ZIP file.

Your carousel framework is now part of Claude's DNA.

Step 4: Start Creating

Open a new chat. Say:

8-Step System for Writing Newsletters

Don't use ChatGPT or Gemini for image generation.

They're actually the worst models to use.

AI images are becoming indistinguishable.
But, you still need to know which model to use.

I tested 8 models with the same prompt:

"Create an ultra-realistic portrait of a brand-new person: a mid-20s woman with cool olive skin, a jet-black chin-length bob with blunt bangs, and hazel eyes framed by soft winged liner and matte charcoal lipstick. She stands in a dim urban corridor with out-of-focus concrete pillars and faint graffiti, wearing a mustard-and-black striped halter top that catches subtle specular highlights. Use a soft key light from camera left and a faint rim from behind to reveal skin pores, tiny peach fuzz, and individual flyaway hairs, with believable subsurface scattering on cheeks and nose. 𝟯. 𝗙𝗟𝗨𝗫.𝟭 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁 → 7.8/10
Excellent prompt adherence with strong technical execution and convincing textures.

𝟰. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗴𝘀𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 → 7.9/10
Competent execution with harder lighting and an ambiguous garment pattern.

𝟱. 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 → 8.2/10
Good quality but hair colour off and includes unspecified details.

𝟲. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 → 8.3/10
Good colour palette and corridor atmosphere, but slightly less convincing skin texture.

𝟳. 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝟰.𝟬 → 8.5/10
Clean, professional rendering with good depth and visible skin detail.

𝟴. 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 → 8.8/10
Exceptional photorealism and micro-detail, minor deductions for off-prompt freckles and tight framing.

The models everyone defaults to (ChatGPT, Gemini).

They consistently underperform...

Don't get me wrong.
Gemini is top tier for editing images.

But for one-shot image generations.
Midjourney delivers magazine-quality results.

I pushed it further:

1. Enabled "Canvas" mode
2. Used the following prompt:

You can toggle atmosphere, manipulate in 3D.
An AI professor explains the physics in real-time.

Use Case 3: Interactive learning images

Ask Gemini: "Why is the sky blue?"

Forget text explanations.
You get an interactive images.
