Process drives practice. Practice drives culture. Very early in my career I was given the unique opportunity to build out an HR infrastructure for a franchised Marriott hotel. With minimal company resources, I worked with operators and hoteliers to build out a human resources function that was viewed and respected as a strategic partner to the business. Spending nearly 5 years in this capacity, I decided to take my passion for HR as strategic partner and my experience of building out systems in a different capacity. I work with small to medium sized companies assisting them with their HR documents, processes and practices.
