I’m a passionate cybersecurity enthusiast with a diverse and evolving background, always looking for new ways to grow and deepen my expertise. My journey in tech started back at StarCraft LAN parties (yes, I’m that kind of nerd!), and it carried me through my military service, where I developed a strong sense of discipline and problem-solving. From there, I followed my curiosity into further education, blending my love for technology with a focus on business, always eager to stay ahead in this fast-moving world. Today, I’m a Customer Success Manager managing a $12M Book of Business. I thrive on building strong relationships with my customers, making sure they feel supported and confident in using our products. I take the time to explain technical details in simple, relatable ways—because helping people understand and achieve their goals is what drives me. This approach has led to higher customer satisfaction and stronger, long-term partnerships, which is something I’m really proud of. Before this, I worked as a Technical Support Engineer and Cybersecurity Investigating Analyst, where I got to dive deeper into cybersecurity challenges. I created custom training sessions and used AI and machine learning to help reduce security risks. It was rewarding to see my work make a real difference by cutting down resolution times and preventing incidents from happening. I love solving problems before they escalate, and I bring that same proactive mindset to everything I do. What I enjoy most is working with people—whether it's customers or teammates. I’m here to support, collaborate, and find solutions together. I believe in continuous learning, not just for myself, but for the people around me. I’m always ready to lend a hand, offer advice, or just listen. Mentoring and helping others grow is a big part of who I am. I’m especially excited about how emerging technologies like cloud computing, AI, and machine learning are reshaping both customer success and cybersecurity. I’m eager to explore how we can use these tools to improve experiences and outcomes for everyone.
