Technician Process Assembly

Work as same as NXP which change to its company name to Ampleon but still work as process technician with same way of working which create and provide RF Power components and anticipate the risk to meet the customers' requirements with consistently reliable products with quality and promote sustainability to support social responsibility for the quality of our products.  Monitors the shop floor activities to make sure that the identified process flow is being executed.
• Gathers data and ensure it is accurate to the last detail.
• Analyzes all relevant data and uses it to improve workplace processes.
• Isothermal Sealing 300 / 400 / 500 / 600 , Auto Cap Sealing Machine, EO Technics SSM364 / TM264 / SFL263 Laser Machine programming and production set-up.
• Execute immediate repair of unscheduled downtime to expedite and meet the target output.
• Assists NPI in product evaluation for production release.
• Running DOE, Engineering Evaluation, New Equipment Qualification, and release.
• Providing technical support to all projects, perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects.
• Supported the equipment development project with respect to yield improvement, UPH improvement and cost saving activity.
• Provides for the smooth completion of project-closing tasks such project performance evaluation, deployment, and safe launch.
• Creates, supports, and enhances the manufacturing technologies with relation thru improve currently used spares to produced more products in relation to cost saving activity.
