Marketing Manager, Neonatal and Pediatric Care

-Managed all aspects of $13MM industrial sensor product line
-Led development of the website (www.sensorex.com) including fully-featured ecommerce for 100+ SKUs
-Increased GM 50% for high volume product line through COGS reduction and pricing uplift.
-Strategically managed the product roadmap and created MRDs, positioning statements, use-case scenarios, product specifications, and business cases.
-Directed and implemented all product launch activities for an innovative optical measurement technology.
-Designed and executed Sales training programs to internal Sales staff and distribution partners.
-Independently led business development activities for strategic OEM & distribution partnerships.
-Created all marketing/communications collateral including user manuals, product labels and graphics, brochures, sales support documents, and price lists, packaging, trade shows.
